As you progress in the game you’ll almost always replace your beginning 10 Weapons. So in sense it’s possible to get all 10 SS but it is not advised to even try for that. When you roll you have a chance to get an SS Weapon for each book that you see, there is no cap on how many SS’s that can appear.
